剖宫产腹部横切口不缝合脂肪层皮内缝合临床分析

Clinical analysis of intradermic suture without fat layer suture in abdominal transverse incision of cesarean section

目的:探讨腹部横切口不缝合脂肪层皮内缝合在剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法:收治剖宫产产妇385例作为研究组,采用不缝合皮下脂肪层皮内缝合,同期收治剖宫产产妇351例作为对照组,采用传统方式缝合皮肤,比较两组效果。结果:研究组手术时间与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组无伤口愈合不良,对照组伤口感染1例,脂肪液化3例。结论:腹部横切口不缝合脂肪层皮内缝合在剖宫产术中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of intradermic suture without fat layer suture in abdominal transverseincision of cesarean section.Methods:385 cases of cesarean section parturients were selected as the study group,and they weretreated using intradermic suture without fat layer suture.351 cases of cesarean section parturients were selected as the controlgroup,and they were treated by traditional way of skin suture.We compared the effect between the two groups.Results:In the studygroup,there was no significant difference in the operation time with the control group(P>0.05),and the length of stay wassignificantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,there was no bad wound healing;in the control group,1case had wound infection,and 3 cases had fat liquefaction.Conclusion:The application effect of intradermic suture without fat layersuture in abdominal transverse incision of cesarean section was significant.
