摘要
目的:比较不同放置温度及放置时长对糖化血红蛋白检测结果的影响。方法:对标准检测环境下糖化血红蛋白进行测定,以此结果为标准结果,对不同存放温度及不同存放时长血红蛋白进行测定,与标准结果比较。结果:只有存放温度在4℃,时长不超过4 h的情况下,结果差异无统计学意义,而在其他的存放温度(-20℃、25℃和37℃),存放时长只能达1 h,差异才无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:4℃是糖化血红蛋白检测的最佳保存温度,而4 h是标本保存的最长时长。
Objective:To compare the effects of different temperature and time on the detection results of glycosylated hemoglobin.Methods:We measured glycosylated hemoglobin under standard test environment,made these results as the standard results,thehemoglobin was measured at different storage temperatures and different storage times,and the results were compared with thestandard results.Results:Only the storage temperature at 4 degrees,when the length of no more than 4 h,the results were notstatistically significant difference,and in other storage temperature(-20 ℃、25 ℃ and 37 ℃),the storage time should only reach1 h,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:4 degrees is the best storage temperature for the detectionof glycosylated hemoglobin,and 4 h is the longest time to save the specimen.
