多元化健康教育模式在中风患者及照顾者中的应用

Application of diversified health education model in stroke patients and caregivers

目的:探讨对中风患者及照顾者实施多元化健康教育模式的效果。方法:收治患者88例,按随机投掷法分为对照组和研究组各44例,对照组给予一般护理,研究组在一般护理中增加多元化健康教育。结果:护理后研究组患者躯体健康、人际、生理功能、精神等生存质量比对照组有所提高(P<0.05)。结论:对中风患者实施健康教育后,明显改善了患者的生存质量,减轻了家属负担。

Objective:To explore the effect of diversified health education model on stroke patients and caregivers.Methods:88patients with stroke were selected.They were divided into the control group and the research group with 44 in each.Patients in thecontrol group were given general nursing,while in the research group were added with diversified health education based ongeneral nursing.Results:Compared with the control group,the life quality including physical health,interpersonal,physiologicalfunction and spirit in the study group were increased(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of health education for stroke patientscan improve the life quality of patients significantly,and also reduce the burden on the family.
