摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在创伤性肺囊肿中的应用价值。方法:收治创伤性肺囊肿患者22例,进行个性化护理干预,对合并的复合伤、连枷胸等高危因素者加强护理干预及生命指标监测。结果:所有患者均能积极配合治疗及护理,未见严重不良并发症的发生。结论:通过对创伤性肺囊肿患者实施护理干预,可有效减少并发症的发生,促使患者早日痊愈。
Objective:To explore the application value of nursing intervention in traumatic pulmonary cyst.Methods:22 patientswith traumatic pulmonary cyst were selected.They were given individualized nursing intervention,with compound injury,flail chestand other risk factors to strengthen the nursing intervention and life monitoring indicators.Results:All patients were able toactively cooperate with the treatment and care,and no serious adverse complications occurred.Conclusion:Through theimplementation of nursing intervention on patients with traumatic pulmonary cyst can effectively reduce the complications andpromote early recovery of patients.
