产科阴道分娩助产的循证护理效果观察

Observation on effect of evidence-based nursing for midwifery vaginal delivery in obstetrics department

目的:探讨循证护理应用于产科阴道分娩助产的作用。方法:收治阴道分娩产妇50例为循证护理组,给予常规陪产护理基础上加循证护理模式,收治同期阴道分娩产妇50例,只给予常规全程陪产护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:循证护理组产程、大出血发生率和总满意度均优于全程陪产组(P<0.05)。结论:产科阴道分娩助产过程中,在全程陪产护理基础上加以循证护理措施可有效缩短产妇产程,降低大出血发生率,同时提升产妇护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing for midwifery vaginal delivery in obstetrics department.Methods:50 cases with vaginal delivery were selected as the evidence-based nursing group,and they were given routineaccompanied delivery nursing and evidence-based nursing.At the same time,50 cases with vaginal delivery were selected,andthey were given full routine accompanied delivery nursing.We compared the nursing effect between the two groups.Results:In theevidence-based nursing group,the birth process,major bleeding rate and total satisfaction were better than those of the fullaccompanied delivery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of assisted vaginal delivery in obstetrics department,full routineaccompanied delivery nursing plus evidence-based nursing can effectively shorten the delivery process,reduce the incidence ofmajor bleeding,and improve care satisfaction degree.
