蚕豆病患儿的临床急救措施和护理方法

Clinical first aid measures and nursing methods of children with broad bean disease

目的:探讨蚕豆病患儿的临床急救措施和护理方法。方法:收治蚕豆病患儿32例,给予及时抢救及有效护理方法,对其临床资料开展回顾性分析。结果:本组患儿经过及时急救和有效护理,生命体征平稳,未出现不良后果,均病情好转或者治愈而出院。结论:对蚕豆病患儿应给予及时的临床急救措施,保证患儿生命安全,同时密切观察患儿病情、给予心理护理、饮食护理、输血护理及出院宣教。

Objective:To explore the clinical emergency measures and nursing methods of children with broad bean disease.Methods:32 children with broad bean disease were selected,to give a timely rescue and effective nursing methods,to carry out aretrospective analysis of the clinical data.Results:The group of children with timely emergency treatment and effective nursing,with flat vital signs,no adverse consequences,were improved or cured and discharged.Conclusion:The patient with broad beandisease should be given timely clinical emergency measures to ensure the safety of life,and closely observe the patient's condition,to give psychological care,diet care,blood transfusion and missionary.
