瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者炎性因子和血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of atorvastatin on inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者炎性因子和血管内皮功能的影响。方法:收治冠心病患者87例,随机分为观察组44例和对照组43例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服瑞舒伐他汀。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组ICAM-1、CRP水平降低,IL-10水平升高,且观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组FMD、NMD升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀可降低冠心病患者的炎性反应,改善其血管内皮功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in patientswith coronary heart disease.Methods:87 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into theobservation group with 44 cases and the control group with 43 cases.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,whilein the observation group were treated conventional therapy combined with atorvastatin.Results:Compared with before thetreatment,the level of ICAM-1 and CRP in two groups were decreased after treatment,and the IL-10 level increased;thedifferences were statistically significant between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before thetreatment,both FMD and NMD in the observation group increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significantcompared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin can reduce inflammation in patients with coronary heartdisease and improve endothelial function.
