宫腹腔镜联合术治疗输卵管性不孕症的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility

目的:探究宫腹腔镜联合术治疗输卵管性不孕症的疗效。方法:收治输卵管性不孕症患者66例,所有患者均采用宫腹腔镜联合术进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患者的总再通率98.48%。48例患者在术后的45 d^20个月妊娠,妊娠率72.7%,除1例患者为输卵管妊娠外,其余均为宫内妊娠。结论:对于输卵管性不孕症患者给予宫腹腔镜联合术治疗能够提高再通率,可作为诊治女性输卵管性不孕症的有效方法。

Objective:To explore the effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods:66 patients with tubal infertility were selected.All patients were treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,and thetherapeutic effect was observed. Results: the total re pass rate was 98.48% in all patients.In 48 patients after 45 d～20 months ofpregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 72.7%,in addition to the 1 case of tubal pregnancy,and the rest were intrauterine pregnancy.Conclusion:For patients with tubal infertility treated with laparoscopy combined surgery treatment can improve the recanalizationrate can be used as a effective method of diagnosis and treatment of female tubal infertility.
