马来酸桂哌齐特联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病下肢神经病变的临床效果评价

Evaluation on the clinical effect of cinepazide maleate combined with cobamamide in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病下肢神经病变的临床效果。方法:收治糖尿病下肢神经病变患者80例,随机分为对照组和联合组,对照组采取腺苷钴胺药物治疗,联合组采取马来酸桂哌齐特联合腺苷钴胺药物治疗。结果:联合组中糖尿病下肢神经病变患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病下肢神经病变疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cinepazide maleate combined with cobamamide on diabetic peripheralneuropathy.Methods:80 patients with diabetic neuropathy of lower limbs were selected.They were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the combined group.Patients in the control group were given cobamamide drug therapy.Patients in the combinedgroup were given cinepazide maleate combined with adenosine cobalt amine drug treatment.Results:The total effective rate of thecombined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cinepazide maleate combined withcobamamide in treating diabetic neuropathy of lower limbs has significant curative effect.
