椎间孔镜与椎板开窗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的前瞻性对照研究

A prospective comparative study of the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by percutaneous transforaminal discectomy and vertebral lamina fenestration

目的:对椎间孔镜与椎板开窗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效进行对比研究。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者84例,随机平分为两组,对照组采用常规椎板开窗髓核摘除术(FD)治疗,观察组采用经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术(PTED)治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗优良率90.48%,明显高于对照组的69.05%;观察组术后的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎间孔髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效缓解患者疼痛,促进患者恢复。

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of percutaneous transforaminal discectomy and vertebral laminafenestration in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:84 patients with lumbar disc herniation wereselected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment of fenestrationdiscectomy(FD).The observation group was treated with percutaneous transforaminal discectomy(PTED).We compared thetreatment effect of the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.48% which was higherthan that of the control group of 69.05%;the postoperative VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that ofthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The percutaneous transforaminal discectomy treatment can effectively relieve pain andpromote the recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
