膳食替代联合胰岛素强化对初诊2型糖尿病患者疗效的分析

Effect of diet replacement combined with insulin on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients

目的:探讨膳食替代联合胰岛素对初诊2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法:收治初诊2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为常规饮食组和膳食替代组各30例。在强化治疗3个月后,观察各项指标的变化情况。结果:膳食替代组患者甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白下降程度明显高于常规饮食组(P<0.05)。结论:膳食替代联合胰岛素的强化治疗方法可以有效改善初诊2型糖尿病患者的血脂、糖代谢水平,控制血糖上升,提高了患者的生活质量,有良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of diet replacement combined with insulin on newly diagnosed type 2 diabeticpatients.Methods:60 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the conventionaldiet group and the diet group with 30 cases in each.After 3 months of intensive treatment,we observed the changes of the indexes.Results:The decrease of triglyceride and glycosylated hemoglobin of the diet group was significantly higher than that of theconventional diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meal replacement combined with insulin intensive treatment methods can beeffective for the triglyceride and sugar metabolism in the treatment of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellituspatients,control the increase of blood sugar,improve the quality of life of patients,and it has good clinical effect.
