术前泵入右美托咪定对儿童脊柱侧弯矫形手术的影响

Influence of preoperative infusion of dexmedetomidine on pediatric scoliosis surgery in children

目的:探讨术前泵入右美托咪定对小儿脊柱侧弯矫形手术的影响。方法:收治拟行脊柱侧弯矫形术患儿30例,随机分为试验组和对照组各15例,试验组于插管后15 min泵入右美托咪定,对照组不泵入。结果:试验组术中MAP、HR、血糖浓度均比对照组稳定,术中唤醒时间、术后苏醒躁动评分少于对照组,术中唤醒时及术后反应应激的指标低于对照组。结论:术前15 min泵入右美托咪定可减少手术、麻醉刺激对患儿引起的应激反应,且不影响唤醒质量,对术后患儿的躁动也可减轻。

Objective:To investigate the preoperative infusion effect of dexmedetomidine on pediatric scoliosis surgery.Methods:30 children who had pediatric scoliosis surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and thecontrol group with 15 cases in each.The experimental group infused dexmedetomidine after 15min of intubation,and the controlgroup was not pumped into.Results:In the experimental group,MAP,HR,blood glucose concentrations were more stable than thecontrol group.The intraoperative wake-up time,postoperative recovery agitation score less than the control group.Intraoperativewake-up time and postoperative response stress indicators were lower than the control group.Conclusion:Preoperative 15 minpump into dexmedetomidine can reduce the operation and anesthesia stimulation on children caused by the stress response anddoes not affect the awaking quality,and it also can reduce children with restlessness on postoperative.
