双歧杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻临床分析

Clinical analysis of triple viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children

目的:探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:收治小儿腹泻患儿66例,分两组,对照组给予单纯蒙脱石散治疗,研究组在应用蒙脱石散的基础上加用双歧三联活菌片治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果:研究组退热时间、粪便恢复正常时间、呕吐缓解时间等指标恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿腹泻患儿采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗效果显著。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of triple viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with montmorillonite powderin the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:66 children with diarrhea were selected.They were divided into two groups.Thecontrol group were only given montmorillonite powder treatment,and the study group on the basis of montmorillonite powder andbifid triple viable bacterial tablet in treatment.The treatment effect of two groups of children was compared.Results:The studygroup fever time and waste recovery normal time,vomiting ease time returned to normal time was shorter than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of triple viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with montmorillonite powder inthe treatment of diarrhea in children is significant.
