探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠在院内感染应用中的成本效果

Study on the cost effect of cefoperazone sulbactam for treating nosocomial infections

目的:探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠在院内感染应用中的成本效果。方法:收治院内感染患者200例,分3组,Ⅰ组66例患者采用头孢唑啉钠治疗,Ⅱ组67例患者采用头孢地嗪钠治疗,Ⅲ组67例患者采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,对比3种药物的成本效果。结果:Ⅰ组治疗总有效率68.18%,Ⅱ组89.55%,Ⅲ组100%,Ⅲ组治疗总有效率明显高于Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组C/E 40.79,Ⅱ组39.39,Ⅲ组23.97,Ⅲ组C/E明显低于Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论:头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗院内感染效果确切、成本低。

Objective:To discuss the cost effect of cefoperazone sulbactam for treating nosocomial infections.Methods:200 patientswith nosocomial infections were selected.They were divided into 3 groups. Ⅰ group of 66 patients were treated with cefazolinsodium;II group of 67 patients were with cefodizime treatment;Ⅲ group 67 patients were treated with cefoperazone sulbactam.Thecost effect of 3 kinds of drugs was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment Ⅰgroup was 68.18%,Ⅱgroup was89.55% , Ⅲ group was 100% ,and the effective rate of treatment Ⅲ group was significantly higher than that of I group and Ⅱgroup(P<0.05).C/E of the treatment Ⅰgroup was 40.79,Ⅱgroup was 39.39,Ⅲ group was 23.97,and C/E of treatment Ⅲ groupwas significantly lower than that of I group and Ⅱ group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment ofnosocomial infection is effective and low cost.
