声带息肉摘除手术86例麻醉思路构建

Construction of anesthesia ideas for 86 cases with vocal cord polyp removal operation

目的:探讨声带息肉摘除术麻醉思路的构建。方法:收治声带息肉摘除手术患者86例,手术在支撑喉镜下实施,行七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼全麻。结果:患者息肉摘除均一次性完成,气管导管均顺利拔出,无恶心、呕吐等不良反应,平均随访6个月,患者声带黏膜无水肿和充血,双侧声带运动度良好。结论:在声带息肉摘除术中应用七氟醚与瑞芬太尼联合全麻,可快速完成麻醉诱导,术后苏醒迅速,具有较高安全性和有效性。

Objective:To explore the construction of anesthesia ideas in the operation of vocal cord polyps.Methods:86 patientswith vocal cord polyps were selected.The surgery implementated under self-retaining laryngoscope.Patients were given generalanesthesia using sevoflurane combined with remifentanil.Results:The polyps in all the patients were removed completly at once,and the endotracheal tube pulled out successfully,without adverse reactions such as nausea or vomiting,then those patients werefollowed up for an average of 6 months.No one had the hyperemia and edema in vocal cord mucosa,and bilateral vocal cordmovement was good.Conclusion:General anesthesia using sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in vocal cord polyp operationcan complete induction of anesthesi rapidly,and recover quickly after operation.It has high safety and effectiveness.
