负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科严重软组织损伤、感染创面体会

Experience of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of severe soft tissue injury and infection wounds of patients in the department of orthopedics

目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术在严重软组织损伤,感染创面的应用。方法:收治应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的严重软组织损伤、感染创面患者21例。结果:治疗痊愈20例,其中术后切口感染创面及面积较小创面均为Ⅰ期缝合后愈合11例。皮肤软组织缺损创面通过植皮及皮瓣修复治愈9例。患者重度感染压疮创面,通过更换3次VSD材料创面肉芽生长良好,外露骶骨完全被肉芽组织覆盖,创面明显缩小,因内科疾病死亡1例。结论:负压引流技术治疗在创面修复上是一种简单而有效的治疗方法,值得在基层医院推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the application of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of severe soft tissue injury andinfection wounds.Methods:21 patients with severe soft tissue injury and infection wounds treated by vacuum sealing drainage wereselected.Results:20 cases were cured,among them,11 cases of wound infection after operation and small wound healed by firststage suture,9 cases with wound skin and soft tissue defect was cured by skin flap repair.The wound granulation grew well byreplacing 3 times of VSD materials of patients with severe infection of pressure ulcer wound;the exposed sacrum completelycovered with granulation tissue;the wound surface was significantly reduced;1 patient died due to medical illness.Conclusion:Negative pressure drainage technique is a simple and effective treatment in the wound repair,and it is worthy of popularizationand application in the primary hospital.
