中西医综合疗法治疗保山地区神经根型颈椎病患者的临床研究

Clinical study on comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type in baoshan district

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:收治神经根型颈椎病患者60例,随机分为对照组1、对照组2和治疗组,对照组1采用中医治疗,对照组2采用西医治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,比较3组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床有效率、VAS评分和复发率优于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05),对照组1和对照组2疗效差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine forcervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods:60 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group 1,the control group 2 and the treatment group.The control group 1 was treated withChinese medicine;the control group 2 was given western medicine treatment;the treatment group was given combined treatment oftraditional Chinese and western medicine.We compared the treatment effect of three groups.Results:In the treatment group,theclinical efficacy,VAS score and recurrence rate were significantly better than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).In control group 1 and control group 2,the difference in clinical effect was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Theclinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine for cervical spondylosis of nerve root typewas significant.
