分析HE染色技术在病理诊断中的应用

Application of HE staining technique in pathological diagnosis

目的:探讨HE染色技术在病理诊断中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取石蜡病理切片573例,均依据检测标本行规范组织病理染色,并选取130例染色标本行细胞学染色分析。结果:HE染色结果基本达到病理学规定的标准。结论:HE染色技术作为临床病理检测中最为常用的诊断手段,具有极高的普适性,诊断结果确切,在诊断中注意结合不同组织标本,严格按章程进行取材、固定、脱水、切片制作,才能确保待检样本高质量完成,增加免疫性染色效果,促进病理诊断准确率增加。

Objective:To explore the value of HE staining in pathological diagnosis.Methods:573 cases of paraffin sections wererandomly selected.All of them were based on the detection of specimens to regulate tissue pathology,and selected 130 cases ofstained specimens for cytological staining analysis.Results:HE staining results basically reached the standard set by pathology.Conclusion:HE staining technique as clinical and pathological examination of the most commonly used means of diagnosis.It hashigh universality,and the diagnosis result is exact.In diagnosis we must pay attention to the combination of different tissue samples,strict the rules on collected,fixed,dehydration,paraffin sections,in order to ensure the pending the completion of the testingsamples with high quality,increase immunity dyeing effect,promote the pathological diagnosis accurate rate increase.
