小儿手足口病超敏C反应蛋白和免疫球蛋白的检验研究

Study on the detection of C reactive protein and immunoglobulin in children with hand foot mouth disease

目的:分析超敏C反应蛋白水平(hs-CRP)及免疫球蛋白(Lg G、Lg A、Lg M)水平检验在小儿手足口病诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治手足口病患儿55例作为研究组,选取同期健康小儿55例作为对照组,对比两组hs-CRP水平及免疫球蛋白水平。结果:研究组的Lg G水平、Lg A水平低于对照组;研究组的Lg M水平高于对照组;研究组血清hs-CRP水平(10.4±8.5)mg/L,明显高于对照组的(1.7±1.4)mg/L,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿手足口病患儿的hs-CRP水平及免疫球蛋白水平与健康小儿存在明显差别,可作为手足口病检测的诊断标准。

Objective:To analyze the application value of high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and immunoglobulin(LgG,LgA,LgM)levels in the diagnosis of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods:55 children with hand foot mouth disease weretreated as the study group;55 cases of healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of hs-CRPand immunoglobulin were compared between groups.Results:The level of LgG and LgA in the study group was lower than that inthe control group.The level of LgM in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The serum level of hs-CRP in thestudy group was(10.4 ± 8.5)mg/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of(1.7 ± 1.4)mg/L.All the abovedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significant difference of hs-CRP level and the level ofimmunoglobulin between children with hand,foot and mouth disease and the healthy children,which can be used as diagnosticcriteria for hand,foot and mouth disease.
