摘要 目的:探讨不同大小甲状腺结节超声弹性成像的临床效果。方法:收治甲状腺占位性结节患者140例,分为试验组和对照组各70例,再将试验组患者根据大小结节不同分为大结节组和小结节组,试验组进行超声弹性成像检查,对照组行常规超声检查。结果:试验组确诊率、灵敏度及特异度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像对于甲状腺疾病的诊断效果非常显著,并且对于甲状腺恶性病变的诊断具有较高的灵敏度与准确性,且对小结节的检验更加具有优势。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound elasticity imaging of thyroid nodules with different sizes.Methods:140 cases of thyroid occupying nodules were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the controlgroup with 70 cases in each.The experimental group patients were divided into the large nodule group and the small nodule groupaccording to the size of nodules,and the experimental group was given the ultrasound elastic imaging examination.The controlgroup underwent the routine ultrasound examination.Results:The diagnostic rate,sensitivity and specificity of the experimentalgroup were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound elasticity imaging is verysignificant in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases,and it has high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of malignant lesions of thethyroid,and it has an advantage in the examination of small nodules.
