基于iPad的互联网慢性病管理新模式在血液透析患者中的应用研究

Study on the application of the internet new model of chronic disease management based on iPad in hemodialysis patients

目的:探讨基于i Pad的互联网慢性病管理新模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法:收治血液透析患者126例,随机分为试验组和对照组各63例。对照组采用常规管理法,试验组采用基于i Pad的互联网慢性病管理新模式,比较两组的护理效果。结果:试验组的护理效果明显优于对照组。结论:基于互联网的i Pad是功能强大、护士使用方便、患者易于接受的现代化慢性病管理工具。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the internet new model of chronic disease management based on iPad inhemodialysis patients.Methods:126 hemodialysis patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental groupand the control group with 63 cases in each.The control group was given routine management,and the experimental group wasgiven the internet new model of chronic disease management based on iPad.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:IPad basedon internet was a modern chronic disease management tool with powerful function,convenient use and high acceptance.
