重症高血压性脑出血患者气管切开的综合气道护理

Comprehensive airway nursing care on patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨重症高血压性脑出血患者气管切开的综合气道护理效果。方法:收治重症高血压性脑出血患者73例,随机分为观察组37例与对照组36例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行综合气道护理。结果:观察组肺部感染发生率、护理满意度、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重症高血压性脑出血气管切开患者施行综合气道护理,可以显著减少肺部感染的发生,提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive airway nursing care on patients with severe hypertensive cerebralhemorrhage.Methods:73 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided intothe observation group with 37 cases and the control group with 36 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while in the observation group were given comprehensive airway nursing.Results:The incidence rate of pulmonary infection,nursing satisfaction and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive airway nursing care on patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the incidence ofpulmonary infection,improve nursing satisfaction and shorten the length of stay in hospital.
