改良型精密过滤输液器预防空气栓塞的效果分析

Effect analysis of improved precision filter infusion device for preventing air embolism

目的:分析改良型精密过滤输液器预防空气栓塞的效果。方法:收治行静脉输液的患者126例,分为予以普通输液器输液的对照组70例与给予改良型精密过滤输液器输液的研究组56例,比较两组预防空气栓塞效果、安全性及满意度。结果:研究组排气率及满意度比对照组高,且平均排气时间、损失液体量及不良反应总发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:与普通输液器相比,改良型精密过滤输液器更加安全、可靠,且在预防空气栓塞方面更具优越性,可有效提高满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of improved precision filter infusion device for preventing air embolism.Methods:126patients with intravenous infusion were selected.They were divided into the control group with 70 cases who were treated withgeneral infusion set and the study group with 56 cases with the infusion of improved precision filter infusion set.The prevent airembolism efficacy,safety and satisfaction were compared between groups.Results:The exhaust rate and satisfaction rate of thestudy group were higher than those of the control group,and the average exhaust time,the loss of liquid volume and the incidenceof adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the ordinary infusion set,theimproved precision filter infusion set is more safe and reliable,and more superiority in the prevention of air embolism caneffectively improve the satisfaction.
