腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后的观察及护理

Observation and nursing care of patients with uterine myoma treated by laparoscopic operation

目的:对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术术后的护理措施进行分析、探讨。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者104例,平分为两组,均行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组术后行常规护理干预,观察组术后行综合性护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组排气时间为及住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后开展综合性护理干预,能够提高手术效果,改善患者预后。

Objective:To analyze and explore the nursing measures after myomectomy under laparoscopic.Methods:104 patientswith uterine myoma were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.All patients underwent laparoscopic uterinefibroids,the control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,while the observation group received comprehensivenursing intervention.The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.Results:The discharge time andlength of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group;the incidence of complicationswas significantly lower than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out comprehensive nursing intervention for patients underwent laparoscopic uterine fibroids after surgery canimprove the operation effect and improve the prognosis of patients.
