老年患者门诊处方分析

Analysis of elderly patients prescriptions in outpatient

目的:了解本院老年患者门诊不合理用药情况。方法:对本院2013年老年患者门诊处方审核,并对不合理处方进行分析。结果:处方中存在不合理用药现象。结论:分析处方中不合理用药的原因,促使临床安全、合理、有效、经济地使用药品。

Objective:To understand the situation of irrational drug use on elderly patients of outpatient in our hospital.Methods:The outpatient prescriptions of elderly patients admitted to our hospital in 2013 were examined and analyzed,and the irrationalprescriptions were analyzed.Results:Irrational drug use was existed in the prescription.Conclusion:Analysis the causes ofirrational drug use in the prescription,in order to promote clinical safety,and rational,efficient economical use of drugs.
