高血压合并冠心病患者应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法:将70例患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组各项血脂指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组降压效果及心绞痛效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patientswith hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into the study group andthe control group.Patients in the study group were treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets,while patients in thecontrol group were treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:Aftertreatment,the blood lipid indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Theantihypertensive effect and angina effect in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of amlodipine andatorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease was significant.
