唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疗效观察

Curative effect observation of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of metastatic bone cancer

目的:探讨唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的临床效果。方法:收治恶性肿瘤骨转移患者60例,随机分为两组。试验组给予唑来磷酸联合化疗,对照组给予化疗,比较两组止痛效果及病灶修复。结果:试验组止痛总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组病灶控制有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的临床效果良好,可有效控制病灶转移和发展。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patientswith metastatic bone cancer.Methods:60 cases of patients with metastatic bone cancer were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the experiment group were given zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy.Patients in the control group were givenchemotherapy.The analgesic effect and lesion repair of the two groups were compared.Results:The total analgesic effective rate ofthe experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lesions control effective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment ofpatients with metastatic bone cancer had good clinical effect and could control the lesions metastasis and development of patientseffectively.
