上腹部术后行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术51例分析

Analysis of 51 cases with laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation after upper abdominal surgery

目的:探讨上腹部术后行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术的临床效果。方法:收治上腹部手术史的急诊胃穿孔患者51例,给予腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术。结果:48例手术成功,3例开腹手术。所有患者术后均未出现相关并发症。结论:上腹部手术后急诊胃穿孔患者行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术治疗,术后疗效好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation after upper abdominal surgery.Methods:51 cases of patients with emergency gastric perforation after upper abdominal surgery were treated with laparoscopicrepair of gastric perforation.Results:48 cases had successful operation,3 cases had open surgery.All patients had no complicationsoccurred.Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation in the treatment of patients with emergency gastric perforation afterupper abdominal surgery had good postoperative curative effect.
