无痛人工流产术加米索前列醇和缩宫素的临床观察及不良反应分析

Clinical observation and adverse reaction analysis of painless artificial abortion combined with misoprostol and oxytocin

目的:探讨无痛人工流产术加米索前列醇和缩宫素的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:收治无痛人工流产术患者190例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规无痛人工流产术,观察组给予无痛人工流产术加米索前列醇和缩宫素,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均手术时间及术后出血时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组子宫缩复幅度明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛人工流产术加用米索前列醇和缩宫素可明显减少术中出血量,显著缩短手术时间及术后出血时间,无明显不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reaction of painless artificial abortion combined withmisoprostol and oxytocin.Methods:190 cases of patients with painless artificial abortion were divided into the observation groupand the control group randomly.Patients in the control group were given conventional painless artificial abortion,while patients inthe observation group were given painless artificial abortion combined with misoprostol and oxytocin.The clinical effect andadverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperatve bleeding volume in the observation group wassignificantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average operation timeand the bleeding time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).The uterine contraction amplitude of the observation group was significantly greater than that ofthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless artificial abortion combined withmisoprostol and oxytocin could reduce the intraoperatve bleeding volume significantly and shorten the operation time andbleeding time significantly,which had no significant adverse reactions.
