多奈哌齐治疗神经衰弱伴发认知障碍的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of donepezil in the treatment of neurasthenia with cognitive disorder analysis

目的:探讨多奈哌齐治疗神经衰弱伴发认知障碍的效果。方法:收治神经衰弱伴发认知障碍患者40例,根据入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组各20例。两组均进行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合多奈哌齐。结果:两组治疗后MMSE、WAIS-RC和Mo CA分数均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组MMSE、WAIS-RC和Mo CA分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率15%。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合多奈哌齐治疗神经衰弱伴发认知障碍的患者可以提高治疗效果,服用多奈哌齐可能出现轻微不良反应,需要在医师指导下合理用药。

Objective:To investigate the effect of donepezil in the treatment of neurasthenia with cognitive impairment effect.Methods:40 patients with neurasthenia cognitive impairment were selected.They were divided into the observation group and thecontrol group according to the order of admission with 20 cases in each.Patients in the two groups were given the routine treatment,while patients in the observation group based on the routine treatment combined with donepezil.Results:The scores of MMSE,WAIS-RC 和MoCA after the treatment were significantly better than before the treatment in two groups(P<0.05);the scores ofMMSE,WAIS-RC 和MoCA of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Theadverse reaction rate was 15% .Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy combined with donepezil in the treatment ofneurasthenia with cognitive impairment of patients can improve the therapeutic effect.Taking donepezil may appear slight adversereactions,so it must be under the doctor guidance of rational use of drugs.
