中药周期疗法治疗子宫内膜异位性不孕症的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Chinese medicine periodic therapeutic in the treatment of endometriosis infertility

目的:探讨中医周期疗法治疗子宫内膜异位性不孕症的临床效果。方法:收治子宫内膜异位导致不孕患者104例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用中医周期疗法治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率及受孕率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率90.4%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组受孕率55.8%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医周期疗法治疗子宫内膜异位性不孕症的临床疗效确切,患者受孕率高于常规西药治疗。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine periodic therapeutic in the treatment of endometriosisinfertility.Methods:104 cases of patients with endometriosis infertility were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in thecontrol group were treated with conventional western medicine,while patients in the observation group was treated with Chinesemedicine periodic therapeutic.The total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The totaleffective rate of the observation group was 90.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the pregnancy rate of the observation group was 55.8%,which wassignificantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinesemedicine periodic therapeutic in the treatment of endometriosis infertility had accurate clinical effect and the pregnancy rate ofpatients was higher than that of conventional western medicine treatment.
