丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期临床观察

Clinical observation of Dan Hong injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的:探讨丹红注射液辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的临床效果。方法:收治慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期患者84例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组同时加用丹红注射液治疗,比较两组治疗前后平均肺动脉压变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后对照组平均动脉压(58.7±6.4)mm Hg,观察组(51.6±5.7)mm Hg。观察组显效率及总有效率高于对照组;组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期可有效降低患者血液黏稠度,降低肺动脉压,改善呼吸循环功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dan Hong injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronicpulmonary heart disease.Methods:84 patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected.They wererandomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while patients in theobservation group were treated with Dan Hong injection at the same time.The pulmonary artery pressure changes and clinicalefficacy of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the mean arterial pressure of thecontrol group was(58.7±6.4)mmHg,and the observation group was(51.6±5.7)mmHg.The obvious effective rate and total effectiverate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were satistically significant betweengroups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dan hong injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of patients with chronic pulmonary heartdisease can effectively reduce blood viscosity,reduce pulmonary artery pressure,improve the respiratory and circulatory functions.
