耳穴压豆治疗腔隙性脑梗死后眩晕46例疗效观察

Effect observation of Er Xue Ya Dou in the treatment of vertigo after lacunar infarction in 46 cases

目的:探讨王不留行籽耳穴压豆治疗腔隙性脑梗死后眩晕(肝肾阴虚型)的疗效。方法:收治腔隙性脑梗死后眩晕(肝肾阴虚型)患者92例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例,治疗组予耳穴压豆治疗,对照组予氟桂利嗪治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的临床治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:王不留行籽耳穴压豆能改善颅内血液循环,增加脑血流量,是治疗腔隙性脑梗死眩晕(肝肾阴虚型)的有效方式,安全性好。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Er Xue Ya Dou with cowherb seed in the treatment of vertigo after lacunarinfarction(Gan Shen Yin Xu type).Methods:92 patients with vertigo after lacunar infarction were selected.They were randomlydivided into the treatment group and the control group with 46 cases in each.Patients in the treatment group were given Er Xue YaDou treatment.Patients in the control group were given flunarizine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the clinical cure rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Er Xue Ya Dou with cowherb seed can improvecerebral blood circulation and increase cerebral blood flow.It is an effective way to treat vertigo after lacunar infarction(Gan ShenYin Xu type),and the safety is good.
