头痛宁胶囊和氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的成本-效果观察

Observation of the cost-effect of Toutongning capsule and flunarizine in the treatment of migraine

目的:探讨头痛宁胶囊和氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的成本-效果。方法:收治偏头痛患者191例,随机分为观察组96例和对照组95例,对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组采用头痛宁胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率95.8%,明显高于对照组的70.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成本-效果分析:观察组单位治疗效果所花费用(C/E)11.4元,对照组单位治疗效果所花费用(C/E)14.5元,观察组单位治疗效果所花费用较对照组少3.1元。结论:在头痛宁胶囊和氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的这两种药物中,头痛宁胶囊是优选药物。

Objective:To explore the cost-effect of Toutongning capsule and flunarizine in the treatment of migraine.Methods:191patients with migraine were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 96 cases and the control groupwith 95 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.Patients in the observation groupwere treated with Toutongning capsule.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of theobservation group of 95.8% was significantly higher than 70.5% of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Cost-effect analysis:in the observation group,the cost for unit treatment effect(C/E) was 11.4 yuan;in thecontrol group,the cost for unit treatment effect(C/E) was 14.5 yuan;the cost for unit treatment effect in observation group was lessthan the control group by 3.1 yuan.Conclusion:In the Toutongning capsule and flunarizine for treatment of migraine,Toutongningcapsule was the preferred drug.
