针灸对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗效果研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的:探讨针灸对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗效果。方法:收治骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者100例,将其分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予传统方法治疗,观察组给予针灸治疗。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组VAS评分、总有效率、治疗满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者应用针灸治疗疗效理想,而且未出现不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of fractures of osteoporotic vertebral compression.Methods:100 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were selected.They were divided into the observationgroup and the control group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while in theobservation group were given acupuncture treatment.Results:After 6 months of treatment,VAS score,the total efficiency andtreatment satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture hasgood therapeutic effect on the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, and it also has no adverse reactions.
