血尿酸水平与脑小血管病及其亚型的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脑小血管病患者血尿酸水平及其与不同亚型的相关性。方法:回顾性分析脑小血管病患者100例的临床资料,分析患者血液生化指标及血尿酸水平与脑小血管病的相关性。结果:观察组血尿酸水平以及血糖水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血尿酸水平是缺血性脑白质病变的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:脑小血管病患者血尿酸水平显著高于健康人,血尿酸水平升高是缺血性脑白质病变的独立危险因素。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid in patients with and cerebral small vessel diseaseand different subtypes.Methods:The clinical data of 100 cases of patients with cerebral small vessel disease was analyzedretrospectively.The correlation between blood biochemical index,serum uric acid and cerebral small vessel disease was analyzed.Results:The levels of blood uric acid and blood glucose in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum uric acid was an independent risk factor forwhite matter ischemic lesion(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum uric acid in patients with cerebral small vessel disease wassignificantly higher than that in healthy people,and the level of serum uric acid was an independent risk factor for white matterischemic lesion.
