慢性牙周炎治疗前后血清中IL-4、IL-8的表达水平

Expression levels of serum IL-4 and IL-8 before and after the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的:探讨慢性牙周炎治疗前后血清IL-4、IL-8水平。方法:收治慢性牙周炎患者38例作为观察组,无口腔疾病的健康体检者20例作为对照组。观察组给予牙周基础治疗及米诺环素治疗。比较对照组及观察组治疗前、治疗后6周、治疗后12周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PI)、出血指数(BI)及血清IL-4、IL-8水平。结果:治疗前,观察组PD、PI、BI均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组PD、PI、BI下降。治疗后12周观察组PD、PI、BI与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗前血清IL-4、IL-8水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组血清IL-4、IL-8水平下降。治疗后12周观察组血清IL-4、IL-8水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者血清IL-4、IL-8的表达水平显著高于健康人,牙周基础治疗及米诺环素治疗能够下调患者血清IL-4、IL-8表达水平。

Objective:To explore the expression levels of serum IL-4 and IL-8 before and after the treatment of chronicperiodontitis.Methods:38 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis were as the observation group.20 cases of healthy personswithout oral diseases were as the control group.Patients in the observation group were given periodontal treatment andminocycline treatment.The probing depth,plaque index,bleeding index,serum IL-4 levels,serum IL-8 levels before treatment,6weeks after treatment,12 weeks after treatment between groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the PD,PI,BI of theobservation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Aftertreatment,the PD,PI,BI of the observation group decreased.12 weeks after treatment,the differences of PD,PI,BI between theobservation group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,the serum IL-4,IL-8 levels ofthe observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Aftertreatment,the serum IL-4,IL-8 levels of the observation group decreased.12 weeks after treatment,the differences of serum IL-4,IL-8 levels between the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Theexpression levels of serum IL-4 and IL-8 in patients with chronic periodontitis were significantly higher than those in the healthypeople.The periodontal basic therapy and minocycline treatment could decrease the serum IL-4 and IL-8 expression levels of thepatients.
