延续护理对社区脑卒中康复患者自我护理能力的效果影响

Effect of continuous nursing on self-care ability of patients with stroke rehabilitation in community

目的:探讨社区脑卒中康复患者行延续护理对其自我护理能力的效果影响。方法:收治康复出院社区脑卒中患者100例,根据护理方案不同分成对照组43例和观察组57例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续护理。结果:观察组自护能力与生活质量指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区脑卒中康复患者行延续护理能够提高自我护理能力与生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing care on self-care ability of patients with stroke rehabilitation incommunity.Methods:100 patients with cerebral stroke rehabilitation hospital in the community were selected.They were dividedinto the control group with 43 cases and the observation group with 57 cases according to the different nursing program.Patients inthe control group were given routine nursing,while in the observation group were given continuing nursing based on the routinenursing.Results:Both the self-care ability and quality of life index scores in the observation group were higher than in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing care can improve self-care ability and life quality of the patients with strokerehabilitation.
