健康教育路径在脑卒中住院患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of health education path in hospitalized patients with stroke

目的:分析脑卒中住院患者应用健康教育路径的效果。方法:收治脑卒中住院患者100例,将健康教育路径运用于患者的临床护理过程中。结果:本组患者经过护理后的SAS、SDS两项临床心理学指标的评分及SF-36各维度评分较护理前得到显著改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径采用科学、合理的护理方式,可在护理的过程中对脑卒中住院患者的负面情绪予以充分的护理,并予以调节,且还在一定程度上提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of health education path on the application of hospitalized patients with stroke.Methods:100 hospitalized patients with stroke were selected.The health education path was applied to the patients' clinicalnursing process.Results:According to statistics,the two clinical psychological indicators of SAS,SDS scores and each dimensionscores of SF-36 after nursing were significantly improved than before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education path adopts scientific and reasonable nursing mode,which can give full nursing to thenegative emotion of hospitalized patients with stroke in the course of nursing,and give an emotional regulation,also improve thequality of life of patients to a certain extent.
