摘要
本文分析了护理安全问题的常见原因,制定相应的防范措施,建立健全各项规章制度和工作流程,并严格监督和执行。通过严格执行手术室各项规章制度和操作常规,加强手术室护理工作安全管理和质控,防止了护理安全问题的发生。
In the paper,the author analyzed the common causes of nursing safety problems,formulated corresponding preventivemeasures,established and perfect all the regulations and work flow,and strictly supervise and implement.Through strictlyimplementating the regulations and work flow in the operation room,strengthen the safety management and quality control ofnursing work in the operation room,the occurrence of nursing safety problems can be prevent.
