高血压脑出血患者微创手术与开颅血肿清除术治疗效果比较

Comparison of the effect of minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy evacuation of hematoma in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:对比高血压脑出血患者采用微创手术与开颅血肿清除术的治疗效果。方法:收治高血压脑出血患者120例,随机平分为两组。试验组采用微创手术,对照组采用常规开颅血肿清除术。对比两组患者的手术创口大小、手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发病率和治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后发现,试验组患者的手术创口较小,手术出血量较少,住院时间和手术时间较短,并发症发病率较低,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者采取微创手术和手术开颅血肿清除术均能取得良好的治疗效果,采用微创手术创口大小、住院时间和手术时间以及并发症发病率都明显优于开颅血肿清除术。

Objective:To compare the effect of minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy evacuation of hematoma in thetreatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:120 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage wereselected.They were randomly divided into the two groups. The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive surgery,andthe control group was treated with routine craniotomy evacuation of hematoma.We compared the surgical wound size,the amount ofbleeding in operation, operation time,hospitalization time,the incidence rate of complications and curative effect of patients in thetwo groups.Results:After treatment,there was smaller surgical wound,less bleeding quantity,shorter hospitalization time and thesurgery time,lower complication incidence rate of patients in the experimental group,significantly better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy evacuation ofhematoma can achieve good therapeutic effect.The surgical wound size,hospitalization time and operation time and complicationrate of minimally invasive surgery were significantly better than craniotomy evacuation of hematoma.
