外固定架治疗开放性骨折的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of external fixator in the treatment of open fracture

目的:探讨外固定架对开放性骨折的治疗效果。方法:收治开放性骨折患者64例,平分为两组,试验组采用外固定架治疗,对照组采用内固定架治疗。比较两组患者治疗后骨折的愈合时间、骨折复位情况以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:试验组的优、良例数、治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,试验组在术后出现感染、皮瓣坏死、骨折不愈合等并发症的概率远远低于对照组,骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外固定架治疗开放性骨折,具有简单易操作、损伤小、骨折愈合时间短、术后不良反应发生率低等优势。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of external fixator in the treatment of open fracture.Methods:64 patientswith open fracture were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The experimental group was treated withexternal fixator,and the control group was treated with internal fixation.The fracture healing time,fracture reduction andpostoperative complications were compared between groups.Results:The excellent and good number of cases,the total effectiverate of treatment of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group.The total effective rate of treatment wasbetter than that of the control group.Patients in the experimental group were far less likely to have complications such as infection,skin flap necrosis,fracture nonunion and other complications after operation,fracture healing time was significantly shorter thanthat of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External fixator in the treatment ofopen fractures has advantages of easy operation,little damage,short fracture healing time,low incidence of adverse reactions,and so on.
