盐酸左氧氟沙星用于妇科盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗妇科盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:收治盆腔炎患者100例,随机平分成两组,对照组给予氧氟沙星注射液静脉滴注,观察组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液静脉滴注,怀疑有厌氧菌感染时增加甲硝唑。结果:观察组总有效率100.0%,高于对照组的78.0%;观察组不良反应发生率2.0%,低于对照组的8.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星用于妇科盆腔炎疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of gynecological pelvicinflammatory disease.Methods:100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were randomly divided into thetwo groups.The control group was given intravenous infusion of ofloxacin injection.The observation group was given intravenousinfusion of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,metronidazole was applied when suspected anaerobic bacteria infection.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than that in the control group of 78%.The incidence ofadverse reactions in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than that in the control group of 8%.The differences betweengroups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin hydrochloride for the treatment of gynecological pelvicinflammatory disease has significant effect with less adverse reactions.
