四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证100例疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Si Junzi decoction in the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese Medicine department of internal medicine

目的:探讨四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的临床疗效。方法:收治脾胃气虚证患者100例,随机平观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予四君子汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率96.0%,复发率6.0%,对照组总有效率80.0%,复发率24.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证具有显著的疗效。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Si Junzi decoction in the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of spleenand stomach in traditional Chinese Medicine department of internal medicine.Methods:100 patients with syndrome of deficiencyof spleen and stomach were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the control group was given routine treatment,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Si Junzi decoction.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was96% ,and the recurrence rate was 6% ,while in control group,the total effective rate was 80% ,the recurrence rate was 24% ,thedifferences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Si Junzi decoction inthe treatment of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese Medicine department of internal medicine issignificant.
