摘要
目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)在慢性肾脏病中的临床意义。方法:收治慢性肾脏病患者100 例,根据患者的肾功能分为4 组,检测血清Cys C,比较4 组的差异。结果:正常组(CKD1 期)Cys C(0.8±0.1)mg/L,Scr(67.1±12.4)μmol/L;肾功能代偿期和失代偿期组(CKD2~3 期)Cys C(1.8±0.5)mg/L,Scr(322.2±99.5)μmol/L;肾功能衰竭期组(CKD4 期)Cys C(2.7 ± 0.7)mg/L, Scr(522.3 ± 112.2) μ mol/L; 尿毒症期组(CKD5 期)Cys C(5.1 ± 1.6)mg/L,Scr(882.1±109.2)μmol/L。结论:血清Cys C是判断肾功能损害的重要指标,Cys C值越高,肾功能损害越严重。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of serum cystatin C in chronic kidney disease.Methods:100 patientswith chronic kidney disease were selected.According to the renal function of the patients,they were divided into 4 groups.Wedetected serum Cys C,and compared the differences of the 4 groups.Results:In the normal group(CKD1),Cys C was (0.8±0.1)mg/L,and Scr was (67.1±12.4)μmol/L;in the compensatory phase of renal function and loss compensation period group(CKD2~3),Cys C was (1.8±0.5)mg/L,and Scr was (322.2±99.5)μmol/L;in renal failure stage group(CKD4),Cys C was (2.7±0.7)mg/L,andScr was (522.3±112.2)μmol/L;in uremic phase group(CKD5),Cys C was (5.1±1.6)mg/L,and Scr was (882.1±109.2)μmol/L.Conclusion:Serum Cys C was an important index to judge the damage of renal function.The higher the value of Cys C,the moresevere the damage of renal function.
