Application and effect evaluation of humanistic care in clinical nursing

目的:探讨人文关怀在临床护理中的应用及实践效果。方法:收治住院患者100例,随机平分为两组,对照组行临床常规护理,观察组在此基础上融入人文护理理念,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度及隐私权受重视程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理中融入人文关怀理念有助于提高患者满意度,增强护理人员的隐私保护意识,从而避免引发护患矛盾。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of humanistic care in clinical nursing.Methods:100 hospitalizedpatients were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routinenursing care,and the observation group was used the concept of humanistic care on the basis of the control group.We observed thenursing effect of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction and the degree of attention of privacy of the observation groupwere significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating humanistic care in clinical nursing is helpful to improve patient satisfaction and enhance the awareness of privacyprotection of nursing staff,so as to avoid the cause of conflicts between nurses and patients.
