延伸护理在膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口患者中的应用效果

Application effect of extended nursing care in patients with bladder cancer treated by urinary diversion and abdominal stoma

目的:探讨延伸护理服务在膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口患者中的应用效果。方法:收治膀胱癌全切尿流改道腹壁造口手术患者80例,随机平分为两组。对照组采取常规性的出院随访护理,观察组予以延伸性护理,采用精神症状量表(BPRS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及生活质量问卷对患者进行评估。结果:对照组总体健康状况、功能子量表、生活质量数维度对比的各项平均分、各参数及平均社会支持总分均低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延伸护理服务能有效提高膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口术后患者的健康知识能力、治疗依从性及总体生活质量,大大提高了患者对护理质量的满意度,有利于建立和谐的护患关系。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of extended nursing care in patients with bladder cancer treated by urinarydiversion and abdominal stoma.Methods:80 patients with bladder cancer treated by urinary diversion and abdominal stomaafter total cystectomy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routinedischarge follow-up nursing,and the observation group used extension of nursing.The patients were assessed with brief psychiatricrating scale(BPRS),self rating depression scale (SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS) and quality of life questionnaire.Results:Theoverall health status,functional sub scale and the quality of life were compared with the average scores of all the parameters andthe average social support score of the control group were lower than those of the observation group.The differences were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Extended care services can effectively improve the health knowledge,treatment complianceand overall quality of life of patients with bladder cancer treated by urinary diversion and abdominal stoma,which greatly improvethe patients's satisfaction with the quality of care.It is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nursesand patients.
