甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病疗效评价

Evaluation of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者84例,根据治疗方法的不同随机分成观察组和对照组各42例,观察组采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,对照组采用精蛋白锌胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显比对照组高,且低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果好,而且较精蛋白锌胰岛素治疗低血糖的发生率低,更有利于临床长期用于2型糖尿病患者的治疗。

Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:84 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup according to the different treatment with 42 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were given the insulin glarginecombined with repaglinide treatment,while patients in the control group were given the protamine zinc insulin combined withrepaglinide treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,andthe incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of insulinglargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is good,and the incidence of hypoglycemia is lower thanthat of insulin treatment,and more conducive to long-term clinical for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.
