摘要
目的:探讨影响剖宫产子宫切口愈合的相关因素。方法:收治剖宫产出现术后子宫切口愈合不良患者76例,对影响患者剖宫产子宫切口愈合的相关因素进行研究。结果:在76例患者中,有69例(90.79%)患者均出现了不同程度的体温升高,71例(93.42%)患者存在不同程度贫血。结论:影响剖宫产子宫切口愈合的相关因素主要包括切口位置、缝合技术、感染状况及患者自身身体状况等。
Objective:To explore the related factors affecting the healing of uterine incision in cesarean section.Methods:76patients with uterine incision healing after cesarean section were selected,to study the related factors influencing the healing ofuterine incision in cesarean section.Results:Of the 76 patients,69 cases(90.79%)had a different degree of body temperature rise,and 71 cases(93.42% )patients had different degrees of anemia.Conclusion:The related factors that affect the healing of uterineincision cesarean section,including the location of the incision,suture technology,infection status and the patient's own physicalcondition,etc.
