胸腔镜辅助纯钛爪形接骨板内固定术治疗多发肋骨骨折30例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 30 cases of multiple fractured ribs treated by internal fixation of thoracoscopic with the pure titanium claw bone fracture plate

目的：探讨胸腔镜辅助下纯钛爪型肋骨接骨板内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折患者的临床效果。方法：收治多发性肋骨骨折并采用电视胸腔镜辅助纯钛爪形接骨板内固定术治疗的患者30 例为观察组。结果：所有患者获得1～12个月随访，复查胸部X片骨折线模糊或消失，无骨折不愈合，胸廓稳定性增加。结论：电视胸腔镜辅助纯钛爪形接骨板内固定术治疗多发肋骨骨折临床效果较好，能够降低并发症发生率，显著改善患者术后呼吸功能，缩短骨折愈合时间。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of treating the patients with multiple fractured ribs by internal fixation ofthoracoscopic with the pure titanium claw bone fracture plate.Method:30 patients with multiple fractured ribs were selected as theobservation group.They were treated with internal fixation of thoracoscopic with the pure titanium claw bone fracture plate.Result:All the patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months.The review results is that the fracture lines of chest x-ray were blurred ordisappeared;no fracture was not healed;the stability of the chest was increased.Conclusion:The clinical effect of treating multiplefractured ribs by internal fixation of thoracoscopic with the pure titanium claw bone fracture plate is better.It can reduce theincidence of complications,significantly improve the postoperative respiratory function,shorten the healing time of fracture.
